The Hormone Method
Building an international wellness brand from the ground up
We are not simply producing content for The Hormone Method. We are helping build the company the content belongs to.
Challenge
The founder had built an established, founder-led fitness presence concentrated on the Hungarian market, under the Adrienn Fitness identity. Content volume was high, but it had become repetitive, with quantity taking priority over quality. The goal was not more posts. It was a stronger international brand — The Hormone Method — capable of operating well beyond Hungary.
- International and English-market positioning
- Content and social media strategy
- Creative direction
- Website and web application
- SEO, AEO and generative-search visibility
- Digital guides and lead pathways
- Customer journey and growth systems
Strategy
One connected system rather than a list of separate services. Positioning came first: who the brand speaks to in an English-language, international market, and what makes the hormone-health proposition distinct. Content direction, the website, the web application and search visibility were then built to carry that same positioning, so every asset points back to the same brand and the same customer journey.
Execution
- International brand, growth and content strategy
- Social media strategy and creative direction
- Content production and graphic direction

What we learned
When an audience is already familiar with a founder, the constraint is rarely output. It is positioning. Fixing the brand first made the content easier to produce and easier to understand.
